Shruti Haasan feels that it is more of a disadvantage rather than advantage to have a well respected person like Kamal Haasan as her father!
"My father is well respected in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi. So people start treating me with the same respect that they have for my father. It works against me sometimes" she says.
"For example, people do not like seeing me as a glamorous actress. They love seeing me carry the legacy of my father and act in only mature roles" she adds!
On the other hand, she says that her upcoming films in Telugu, Hindi and Tamil are almost getting over and they would release only within days from each other
